ASP EVENT

On Wednesday 14/5 at 17:30 we will have our last ASP-event. We will hangout in the CIS-room, a perfect moment to ask us questions about the different board member roles and CIS in general. Form for interviews

Hello everyone! The ASP-Period is flying by and the applications have opened up and it's almost time for interviews! https://forms.gle/ywnnguqBrjbaEx68A The process for selecting the new board is divided into four steps: 1. Application through google forms This is where you apply for the board and the deadline to apply is set to 23:59 on the 16th of May 2. Interviews We will agree on a time on one of the following dates: 18th - 21th of May. The interviews will take approx. 20 minutes and will give us an understanding of who you are. 3. Nominations On the 21th of may we will send out the nominations for the board. Don’t worry if you haven’t been nominated. You still have a chance to join the board in the next step. 4. Annual Meeting On the “General Annual Meeting” all nominations will be presented and together with the meeting we will select the new board (meaning that the ones who’ve been nominated is not guaranteed to become a member of the new board). How the meeting will function will become even more clear when the agenda has been sent out together with the nominations on the 21th of May.
